The blog wants to refer to the Decameron – and please let me be educational for a second or two! The Decameron by Giovanni Boccaccio is one of Italian literature masterpieces; it is a story telling book which background is the Black Death in Florence and nobles fleeing the city and being stuck in the hunting villa. So what do you do when you are stuck in a place? You tell stories! So I (maybe inappropriately) use this as a reference to refer to the stories I read in books.

I love reading, I am a bookworm and I have a particular interest (okay, obsession) in fantasy books!
I always hope to read more but life (and work) get in the way. Do you know the feeling? I am sure you do!
I review all the books I read on Goodreads (and feel free to add me as a friend there!) but there are some books that deserve special attention or series I want to comment as a whole or other topics that I would love to share with you! So bear with me and feel free to email me, Tweet me (@aristea_books) or comment here – hopefully there is a comment section and I am not making a fool of myself!
